　　1、企业名称：吉林市航盛宏宇电子有限公司

　　2、基本情况：本公司是专门生产汽车音响系统的专业厂家，占地面积2万平方米，建筑面积1.2万平方米。2001年被国家高新技术产业开发区管委会评定为高新技术企业。2000年引进德国Bosch公司扬声器生产技术，建成国内一流水平的扬声器流水生产线，轿车、卡车用扬声器三大系列产品，质量达到了国际同类产品先进水平。产品质量通过了德国Bosch公司和Audi公司认可，成为一汽大众奥迪A6轿车扬声器独家配套单位，每年生产功率放大器5.5万只，年销售收入2490万元。

　　3、主要产品：面包车中音扬声器；红旗轿车、面包车低音扬声器；平头柴卡车中音扬声器；皮卡车中音扬声器，功率放大器。

　　I. Description of the proposed project

　　I-1. Main products & Production capacity: Yearly production of 150,000 sets of digital amplifier

　　I-2. Technical level & Characteristics of the products: To introduce 10 sets of foreign advanced testing equipment, the technical data should be in the leading position of the world.

　　I-3. Market analysis: The products will be mainly equipped in cars made by FAW-VW, Audi and partly used as household appliances. The production projects of VW MPV T-4, Toyota DAIHATSU SUV, New Jiabao Van of FAW Jilin Automotive Co., Ltd. will be put into production in Jilin Hi-tech Zone in 2005, the production capacity is 100,000 sets, 100,000 sets and 250,000 sets separately. In addition to this, Jilin City is neighboring to Changchun where FAW and FAW-VW are located. Therefore, the project has a promising future market.

　　II-1 Company name: Jilin City Hangsheng Hongyu Electronics Co., Ltd.II-2 Company overview: The company’s factory site covers 20,000 square meters and has 12,000 square meters building area. The company was authorized to be the hi-tech enterprise by the Administrative Committee of Jilin National Hi-tech Zone in 2001. In 2000, the company introduced the loudspeaker production technology from Bosch and built up the domestic first-class production line, producing three series for car and truck. The product is in the same level of the same industry of the world. The company has got release by Bosch and Audi Germany and got the qualification A for FAW-Volkswagen, the one and only supplier for Audi A6. The company’s yearly sales income is about 24.9 million Yuan.II-3 Main products: Mediant loudspeaker for van; Woofer for Red-flag car and van; mediant loudspeaker for small truck; mediant loudspeaker and amplifier for pickup.
