　　公司前身为一汽吉轻制动器制造有限公司，2002年5月15日从吉林轻型车厂剥离出来划归市属管理，现为国有独资公司，与其它六户企业组成吉林市富田汽车部件有限公司，现已进人全省重点扶持30户汽车零部件企业行列。公司占地面积4万m2，在岗员工752人，公司总资产5069万元，资产负债率41%。公司技术装备情况：公司具有较强的铸造、冲压、焊接、机加、热处理、涂装等综合加工能力。现有设备258台，其中金切设备102台，冲压设备29台，焊接设备42台，动力设备82台，其它设备11台。公司已于1999年通过ISO9000并于今年通过了ISO9001(2000版)和QS9000标准认证。主要产品包括踏板支架系列产品、制动器系列产品、手制动系列产品、轮毂系列产品、变速操纵机构系列产品、前悬挂系列产品、横梁等系列产品。配套对象为一汽集团公司、一汽吉林汽车有限公司，部分产品销往云南红塔汽车厂、安徽芜湖等汽车厂。该公司有专业工程技术人员30名，配备先进的CAD辅助设计系统，能自主开发各种中、轻、微型车产品。

　　I. Description of the Project Company

　　The company was FAW Jilin City Minibus Works Brake Making Co., Ltd. formerly, separated from Jilin Minibus Works on May 15 2002，now is state-owned by the municipality, with other six enterprises constitutes Jilin City Futian Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and now it is in the list of thirty auto parts suppliers mainly supported by the province.

　　The company has a land area of 40 thousand square meters, staffs and workers totaling 752, the company possesses total assets of 50.69 million Yuan, debt rate from which is 41%.

　　The company has integrated capabilities in producing ranging from foundry, pressing, welding, machining, heat treatment, painting etc. with current 258 sets of assorted facilities such as 102 sets of metal cutting machines, 29 sets of pressing machines, 42 sets of welding machines, 82 sets of power machines, and other facilities totaling 11 sets.

　　The company passed ISO9001 International Qualification System Certificate in 1999, and passed ISO9001(2000 edition) and QS9000 Standard Certificate in 2004.

　　Main Products: footplate and bracket series, brake series, manual brake series, wheel hub series, gear control structure serial products, front hanging serial products, crossbeam serial products. The matching objects: FAW, FAW Jilin Auto Co., Ltd., part of products sold to Yunnan Hongta Auto Works, Anhui Wuhu and other auto making plants.

　　The company has thirty professional technicians with advanced CAD assistant designing system, able to self develop middle, mini, micro vehicles.
